All our production is carried out with state-of-the-art “jet” type dyeing machines that allow us to reach levels of equalization between beginning-end selvedge-centre of the piece roll unbeatable by other piece dyeing systems.
In our in-house laboratory, we can establish complete, wide-range testing and quality control for
specifications and technical data.
Special colour formulation and lab-dip service for validation purposes are also possible.
The entire process and its management are fully automated and directed from the laboratory, which allows us to provide excellent reproducibility between batches, for this we carry out colour quality control through the DATACOLOR COLORTOOLS program, being able to work by coordinates without the need for physical sample, manage reports, control deviations, etc…
The finishing section is equipped with the latest advances from the MAHLO Company to control
temperature, humidity, residence time, etc., and thus be able to give each article its necessary and optimal finish according to the final application for which it is intended.
Our annual production is controlled based on ISO 9001 Standard. All products and colorants used are selected to protect people’s health and be respectful of the environment. We are OEKOTEX certified for our dyeing and finishing process.
